Parts Installation Please do not buy parts based on photos alone! Many parts are very similar to each other, but have different sizes, which is NOT distinguishable in the photo! To check if the part will fit your vehicle, please send us the Vin number for ATVs and snowmobiles, or the exact numeric model number and serial number for lawn mowers. Cancellation of Orders If you purchased an item in error, please contact us immediately. We can only cancel an order before it has been dispatched, not after. Shipping We usually ship within 1-2 business days, but during peak times it may take up to 3 days depending on order volume. If you require faster delivery, such as next day or within two days, please call us or email us your address so we can get a quote for you. We are not responsible for delays that are beyond our control, such as weather, delays caused by carrier issues, natural disasters or other events beyond our control. We are not responsible for buyer mistakes! Please read the listing before purchasing and double check your address before submitting your order. If you have a PO Box, please be sure to include your physical address in the notes section before submitting your order. This will ensure that your order is not delayed due to problems with your address. First Class Mail is the slowest service the Post Office offers and most of our small items under $50 are shipped this way. I know eBay likes to use the word “guaranteed” delivery date, but first class mail is never guaranteed and has never been guaranteed. This can take anywhere from 2 to 10 days and during peak times (eg Christmas) it can take even longer. If you need it faster, please select an upgraded shipping option or request a quote from us for faster shipping if it is not listed on the checkout screen. Combined Order Please add all items to your “eBay Cart” before placing your order, this will ensure your items arrive together. If you do not do this, we cannot guarantee that they will be shipped together. Returns Items may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the item unless otherwise stated in a specific listing. These exclusions from the list will be noted in the listing description above in bold red font. -No returns on used items, including helmets. Wearing a helmet for 1-2 rides and then attempting to return it is unacceptable and if you attempt this your return will be rejected. – Hats, caps and face masks intended for hygiene purposes cannot be returned. – Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. (Transactions are accepted on clearance clothing only, see Sale section for more information). -Large/heavy items are non-returnable such as ATV/Snowmobile bumpers, corners, tire racks, tires, etc. So please read the listing and ask any questions before purchasing. -Items must be in its original condition and condition; packaging with all tags attached. – Any opened or unwrapped items (if the item is in a bag with a tag or in special packaging), missing parts from the kit (such as screws/nuts/etc.), containing smoke odor, pet hair or anything – or else. not in original new condition, a restocking fee will apply. -Please pack all items carefully. If item is received broken or damaged due to missing packaging, no refund will be issued. -We DO NOT pay for return shipping. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. -We strongly recommend using tracked shipping methods for returned items as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. -Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable). QUOTE ITEMS No returns, no sale items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items that are on sale will be marked as “Sale” in the description in bold red font. We lose money on each of these listings, especially with eBay/PayPal fees and free shipping, so we cannot afford to accept returns on these items. The only exception is clearance clothing, which can ONLY be EXCHANGED within 14 business days of receipt of the item for another item. You will be responsible for return shipping. You must call or email us to exchange these items. Sales will not be exchanged through eBay. International Shipping For international buyers, if your package is returned to us due to undeliverability, only the purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded to you. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, import fees and customs fees for items shipped worldwide are the buyer’s responsibility; they are NOT included in the selling price.
