Extended Shackles: – Premium quality extended blue shockproof shackles, 2″ long and 51mm diameter. – The ride will be smoother both on and off road as the shackles can be moved by the leaf spring, creating much more linear tension and reducing suspension action. 35mm Thick Aluminum Front Shock Spacer: – These spacers are 35mm thick and lift the front end. your Hilux Vigo SR5 2005-2014 is about 45 mm. ?? The spacers in the photo are thicker for more lift. The 35mm spacers are installed on the top of the post using the original sand nuts. The delivery set does not include studs and nuts as they are not needed. – This job is easy to install with simple hand tools. – You can use them with stock suspension or aftermarket suspension to smooth out the typical nose-down look of the Hilux Vigo. The lift pad is NOT a 1:1 ratio. This means that the lift height achieved is much greater than the actual thickness of the spacer. The reason is that the lower control arm limits lift due to its angle and length. NOTES: The rear exhaust pipe and bracket may touch each other. The rear exhaust pipe needs to be adjusted slightly to create some space between the bracket and the exhaust pipe.
