Extended brackets: – Lubricated bracket. The ride will be smoother both on and off-road because the shackles can move with the leaf spring, providing much more linear suspension action with reduced stress. – To ensure a comfortable ride, lubricated pins are used, which also fit standard bushings. – Lubricated pins are pressed and then welded to prevent loosening and wear on the shackle plates. – Lubricated nipples are encased in a nut to avoid damage when off-road. – All extended brackets have a stepped bolt design, eliminating the possibility of overtightening the brackets, which can lead to deformation of the bushings. – These are the brackets that will give you about 2 inches (45-48mm) of extra lift by only lifting one end of the spring. 35mm Thick Aluminum Front Shock Spacer: – These spacers are 35mm thick and will lift the front of your vehicle approximately 2.5-2.8 inches (64-68mm). – The spacers in the photo are thicker for more lift. The 35mm spacers are installed on the top of the post using the original studs and nuts. The delivery set does not include studs and nuts, as they are not needed. – The lift spacer is NOT a 1:1 ratio. – This means that the lift height achieved is much greater than the actual thickness of the spacer. The reason is that the lower control arm increases the lift force due to its angle and length.
