Up for sale is a brand new 2008 High Performance Racing purge valve kit for current Yamaha Waverunner FZR, FZS, SVHO, FX, SHO, GP1800 Supercharged ski models. This bypass valve is required on all supercharged Waverunner skis. Once installed, this purge valve will extend the life of your blower. Factory supercharged skis do not have a relief valve, and every time you release the gas, the supercharger experiences a surge in air pressure. This is harmful to the supercharger wheel, clutch and shaft and causes premature wear. It’s cheap insurance for your supercharger and sounds really cool when it explodes! We all know how much it costs to repair/replace a supercharger, it’s not difficult. The included silicone charging tube will not bend or loosen with increased pressure or temperature. It is rated for over 40 psi of boost pressure! This item is in stock and ready to ship.
